I regret giving Bethesda my $10 for DB.

I'm trying to play the dragonborn DLC but it's impossible.

I've never had any lag issues on my now 190 hour save file. But I always had problems with the game hard freezing my PS3. Last time I played was about 6 months ago, froze after 10 minutes so I just put it back on the shelf. Before buying this DLC I was reading that the latest patch had solved a lot of issues. Excited to finally get to play the DLC I purchased the content, downloaded it and booted up my save file.

Within 5 minutes the game hard froze. So I force my PS3 off and loaded it up again, after 10 minutes I get to Windhelm and right after being attacked by the cultists It freezes again. So I shut it off and load it up again, this time having saved right before entering Windhelm, go in, get attacked, take the note, save the game, leave Windhelm, 5 feet away from the boat to Solstheim. Freezes yet again. So I load it up again and before I can even get there. Guess what happened? And again, same damn thing, the moment I get a few feet away from the boat the game freezes.

5 Freezes in under 20 minutes!

I had freezing issues before, but nothing like this, it would happen maybe once every hour or two. I don't want to start a new save file just to go through the intro only to find out that it freezes on me when I try to start the DLC, plus I like this current build. This should not be happening, this game has been out for over a year now.

If you had issues with this game before, DO NOT BUY THIS DLC!

I was a fool for giving Bethesda my $10 for their failures knowing damn well that they wouldn't have fixed a thing. They don't deserve your money.

When attempring new content such as patches and DLC's on an existing save issues may occur.
It is always best to start a completely new character when new content is downloaded.

Oh cry me a river.

Most of the PS3 players are running it smoothly.

That may be true but not everybody is that lucky. This guy got hit with unlucky stick. Of course not everybodys experience with DB was going to be peachy clean.
