I want to restart my character at the current game.
found some console commands like ?add level, remove Perk“... but is there any way to ?mask“ or ?forget” learned ingredient effects and enchantments?
I like to explore them again.

Why not just start a new character?

You really want to use the console to build your character? Your not going to level properly if you do.

But, it's your mess, you can have fun with it.

In any event, I can't find an add enchantment, only to add a spell, which is probably not what you want anyway.
