That pretty much sums it. I logged in in the game, brought me here, entered the key and when I fired up the game back, there was still no equipment to customize.

Did it confirm you redeemed the code successfully?

Same happened to me, and now I cant even go back to that page. It keeps telling me that I have to log in when I'm already logged in ..

I have the same issue. I tried to redeem the code with this account and it said it was sucessfull. when i logged in, nothing changed. So i tried to reredeem the code but now it sais usage limit has been reached. Where the hell did my code just go??? You realy messed stuff up by using so many different systems (gamespy, drupal, phpbb and stuff, why didn't ya use vbulletin? don't get me wrong, i like drupal somehow but it doesn't seems THAT scalable)

Overall the initial release and the response over the code issues by Crytek have been rather disappointing. This whole experience probably means I will never buy an EA published title for my PC ever again because their jump through hoops system makes it more of a hassle than it's worth.

While Crytek may care and are trying to set things right, EA certainly doesn't. As long as they have their money they could care less.

Same problem here, redemeed my limited and preorder code, the site gave me a positive confirmation, logged in the game whit my account, used my serial key. I got nothing, no item, no tag, nothing. Help please

Same issue here. Went to ps3 store. Downloaded the content but when I run the game i get nothing.

I also redeemed it worked next round everythign was gone.. Level 0 no Plat tag no camo skin nothing....

Contacted EA support and they just gave me another code... but, i don't want if I should enter it and risk it again :/

realy? i called ea support twice and they told me that they are unable to help me cuz the limited edition keys are managed by gamespy direct2drive.

Not here.. contacted them 3 times now and I havent heard A THING! :s

steam directed me to ea support ea to gamesas support and gamesas doesnt react at all. not eve a confirmation email.

We payed for preorder and limited edition and we got nothing. So? days are passing and still nothing changed.

I got this on the Ps3, and the only thing that did'nt work was the dogtag but the other camo and lvl 5 start work.

Ok.Let me sort it all.

1)You first timr entered the game.Click create account.Fill in the gaps and click continiue.

2)Now you should be in singleplayer menu.Click multiplayer.It will ask you to enter a code.Enter a code from a bigger booklet,not from promo one!!

3)After you got to multiplayer,do these steps:1)go to gamesas.com,sign in with a username and password which you entered in game.2)after signing in,launch crysis.3)go to multiplayer,and click redeem a special code(i'm not sure it's called like that,i have a russian version).It will ask you to go to gamesas.com.Click yes.3)you will enter a page with a gap.Fill in the code from promo booklet(LE if you like).Tap redeem a code.After you see a message "code was redeemed successfully,launch crysis.

I got the "code was reedmed succesfully", got the confirmation mail, logged many times my multyplayer ****.. and got NOTHING. I tryed everything, is a bug.
