So, I was wandering through some buildings last night and came by a lot of computers to look through. I probably shouldn't have been in this building yet, seeing as I had only made it to Primm in the main quest.

Anyways, I was running through H&H Tools and got to one of the computers that had an e-mail that seemed to be between two people having an affair. What caught my eye, though, was the "Remember to bring the riding crop and accordion". WTF? Is that some kinky stuff or is that just a drug reference, like some of the other emails, that I'm not getting?

It's just some kinky stuff to make you go "WTF."
