Removing dirt from an NPC's face? : V

I'm trying to remove the dirt from Eola's face, but can't seem to figure out how.

I'm comparing her to another Breton female, Lisette, but I can't seem to find any differences in the Actor windows between the two characters that relate to why Eola's face is dirty but Lisette's is clean.

I assumed it'd be under one of the Character Gen tabs but I don't see anything relating to dirt.

You need to go to the Character Gen Parts and, under "Face Tint Layers" find "FemaleHeadDirt 01" (there might be more than the one). Select it, and at the right side of the screen under Face Tinting Color you need to select "ColorAverage" from the drop down menu.

It took a little while before I had that figured out myself
