I have a stolen bow that I enchanted with soul trap. I've tried to sell it and buyback from three different fences and it will not drop the stolen tag. I'm a member of the Theives Guild and have not had a problem with other un-enchanted items.

Anyone have similar issues?

I'm not sure what you're asking- from what I gather, you want to sell a stolen item to a fence, then buy it back from them 'clean', without the stolen tag? You can't. It's a stolen item. Fences aren't stolen goods launderers, everything they sell that has been stolen will still be marked as stolen. Are you afraid that someone will accuse you if you use it around? I carry and wear stolen equipment all the time- the only issue would be if you are caught committing a crime with it. I would suggest if you're that worried about it to find another bow and enchant it instead. It's not like there is a shortage on good bows laying around dungeons in this game

It's worked with other weapons. I was just wondering if this was some sort of bug on enchanted weapons.

Is this new? I've sold stuff on my 2nd character a looong time ago, and it was still marked as stolen in the fence's inventory when I scrolled through her stuff.

I am sure i have sold stuff to fences and them bought them back as non taged. I think I did it at the brewery with the emperors clothes.
