I'm currently trying to get a new idle to work - The PipeSmoking Idle by MadNuttah. I know that new animations can only be added using the Foros New Idle Manager, and we cannot do that. So I was wondering whether it's possible to replace an existing animation which is seldom used (such as the Thieves Guild-specific animations) with the animations from the pipe-smoking mod. It all works well apart from the pipe itself, which (obviously) doesn't show up without some extra configuration. I googled and searched to find some information on anim objects, but didn't find an awful lot.
Are anim objects "weaved" into the .hkx-file itself? Or does the animation manager call and attach them at some point? And if that is so, would it theoretically be possible to replace an animation already using an anim object (such as a bard-idle) with the pipe-smoking and somehow replace the anim objects as well?
Any advice would be appreciated.
