I have certain bugs, glitches, etc. I'd like to bring to light. First and foremost, there are certain times where items disappear, but they are still there.  It was usually to small items, but on rare occasions, I've seen items as big as bookshelves actually disappear.  I wouldn't say it disappears right in front of me, but it only happens with smaller items like platters for instance.

I've also seen a glitch when it comes to decorating Breezehome in Whiterun.  So far, Breezehome is the only home where I cannot decorate a certain part of home.  I can decorate every part, except for the Alchemy Laboratory.  When I buy the Alchemy Laboratory off of Proventus in Dragonsreach, it shows the Alchemy Laboratory darkened.  After purchasing it, I go back to Breezehome only to see the area where it is unchanged, even after I purchased.  I've tried different times & different orders, but I can never get an Alchemy Laboratory in Breezehome.  This has been an issue since Dawnguard was added. The option is still there after everything else is purchased, but until the issue is fixed, it's a waste of gold.

Also during one of my playthroughs following the Volkihar Vampires, Feran gave me the quest to turn a certain NPC into a Vampire, but he sent me to someone that I already had turned in the past.

I've tried wearing a Thieves Guild Hood and the Atherium Crown.  The first screenshot shows the Atherium Crown worn only, and in the second shot, my character looks bald after having both the Atherium Crown and the Thieves Guild Hood Equipped at the same time.

Also, there have been certain situations where I have entered places, caves, inns, hideouts, etc. and I have seen foilage which would belong to the ground, but elevated to create a mess.  I'm not sure how to explain it clearly, but perhaps the images below will provide a better example.

I'm not sure how much you are aware of these issues, but I have reported everything of note that I could find.  Please review these issues, and if possible, if you could find solutions and include them in your next patch, I would be grateful. Thank you.
