I noticed a safe that seems to be 2 safes in the exact same location in REPCONN Headquarters behind the cashier of the souvenir shop. It is possible to unlock and loot both containers. Found on latest patch.

I know this may not be the place, but I found a bug, and felt I needed to take time from my game to report it just in case someone cares.
