I'm suddenly having a strange problem in my game where factions I'm "Vilified" now don't show up as enemies anymore. In my status, my reputation remains unchanged. Still Villified with the Powder Gangers and Legion, but outside of threatening comments, they no longer show up as red on my compass and no longer attack on sight. The Vipers and Fiends are still red and attack on sight though.

Is this a bug I'm encountering? Or caused by a mod? I recently befriended the Khans and am liked by them now, could that be it? Here is my current load order. Most recent mods added were More Perks and Level Cap 100 and then the stutter remover plugin for NVSE. I'm playing on hardcoe mode and my character is level 29 and Very Good karma and reputation with most factions, either liked or idolized. Enemies were the raider gangs (Vipers, Fiends, Powder Gangers) and the Legion. Current quests are supporting the Brotherhood of Steel in 'Still in the Dark' and the Great Khan drug trade.
