For 95%+ of Skyrims population (ie everyone who isn't a mage or in a space with magical lighting) all light comes from fire (candles, torches, fires), and these sources must be tended (candles & torches replaced, fires stoked). All sources that don't have a reasonable likely hood that someone/thing is actively tending them should be removed (the worst offenders being all those sources in abanded caves and crypts).

I'd love to see a mod that removes them.
