(REQ) Stop effin' staring at me, creeper!

Post » Thu May 17, 2012 8:57 pm

Is it just me, or does it completely kill the mood of the story when someone is giving a speach toward another NPC but they are just staring at you? I absolutely HATE it. Takes me right out of the game.

If I am not having a direct dialogue or an NPC is not addressing me directly, I don't want them staring at me with their creepy lifeless faces.

I hate how at the very beginning when the imperials are calling people's names off the list, there are two sets of them. The second set of prisoners walk off when the imperial provided for your set calls out names, and their imperial is just staring at you the whole time, not even calling names. It's sooo half-assed.

yep totally agree with this.

Another example is at inns. instead of looking at the singing bard the entire tavern is staring at you... some small wanderer in the corner..... just kills it...

I guess you can sort of roleplay it if people think your the dragonborn. However unless your shouting in every town you visit these no way they should know the dragonborn is among them.

Im currently playing a mage who is not doing the main quest. - so the staring problem is really prominent and annoying.

Question is.... can it be modded even with the CK... something like this may be hardcoded...
