Hey guys, I'm working through the mainquest and have completed the stormcloak portion of the civil war. Vignar is is Jarl of Whiterun, yet only his Housecarl is in Dragonsreach. Both Vignar, and Brill his steward are in the Jorvaskkr. After a small conversation with him, he makes me Thane, and grants me property rights, however after buying Breezehome I cannot furnish it. All conversations of being Jarl are gone and he resumes his schedule prior to becoming Jarl. Reading up on this some more, I learn this makes the MQ Quest "The Fallen" impossible to complete.

I would rather not have to go through all the countless quests and hours I had spent with my character all over again, and was hoping someone could make a possible fix for this problem. I would very much appreciate it.
