Request for a bug fix, lip (and tatoo) color "*.dss"

When you create new NPCs, or modify existing ones, the lip color textures are set to white and become immutable. You can go into Character Gen Parts and select "GenderRace_Lips.dds" and change the color but nothing happens in the preview window or in the game, even when you export the textures, the lips are always "color average". The same thing seems to happen for some of the tatoos/warpaint/dirt as well (actually in this case it seems the color changes but the texture isn't applied correctly). The thread below has some really complicated way of fixing this bug that involves manually editing texture files and adding them you BSA outside of the creation kit, but I would rather not do it. This bug has been around forever and is a pretty obvious one at that, anyone who has made NPC is going to notice the lip colors are always really pale and awkward.

I am not talking about when you create new NPCs and their faces are odd colors until you export the textures from the creation kit. I am dicsussing the bug that is also discussed here: http:// www. gamesas .com/creation-kit-hates-lip-color-t253831.html

Anyways obviously bethesda can create NPCs with tatoos and lip colors other than white as the world isn't filled with ghost-lipped denizens. I know the creation kit is pretty low priority and I know there are a lot of other things that are probably on the pile. But as a user I am getting tired of this bug and I would like it this bug could be addressed in the creaiton kit so we can create NPCs with lip and tatoo textures..
