We require more WUB WUB (without vocals)

Post » Sat May 19, 2012 7:59 pm

I've been addicted to http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TYYyMu3pzL4&list=FLIlBvik0P60u0dIzudwKWYw&index=11&feature=plpp_video lately, but one thing absolutely drives me bonkers with it. The bit where the guy yells "Call 911 now!"

It bothers me. I love the music otherwise, even the squeaky voice that you can't understand, but that ONE part just drives me INSANE.

So I'm looking for more dubstep like First of the Year, but without any vocals. I don't care if you can't understand what's being said, that's fine, but songs with actual vocals don't interest me.

Can anyone help?

Well, the first problem is you like Skrillex.

Just kidding, I enjoy some songs by him (though he's not my favorite artist). If you're looking for a good song by Skrillex I would suggest Bangarang (although there are vocals, it's not an annoying scream.)

Same thing with Bangarang, the music is good but the vocals just ruin it. :(

1. Isn't that bit just a random sample from a Youtube video?

2. I saw Skrillex live last weekend and it was freaking INSANE!

Free concert at the university. I managed to get about 3 rows from the front. I was jumping the whole time and pretty much had the time of my life. He's a surprisingly good performer too, you can tell how much fun he's having and it just adds to energy of the crowd.

And it's not exactly the the most similar sound, but I really enjoy some stuff by http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hbAUwi4D3Ew. Might want to look at Wolfgang Gartner and and Bassnectar too. Not sure if any of them have enough   (wub wub) for you, kinda more electric than dub, but that's what I've got off the top of my head.
