I haven't taken a side (or even initiated them at all) in the civil war. I'm trying to get the following as trades:
Markarth trade for Riften, and Trade Morthal to Stormcloaks; I don't care about the Thalmor person. I just can't seem to get Morthal at all, which is annoying.
