I just got the new DLC but my main char is way too high lvl and OP for me to bother playing with him. At the same time I dont want to loose all my shouts and acomplishments so Im thinking of just resetting him to lvl 1. What im wondering about then is if the enemies and loot will have their lvls reset too? If they will be scaled down to my lvl again, as much as they can that is. If they are not then there is little point in resetting my lvl and I might as well start a new one after all.

I dont know, its an interesting question though.
Perhaps the best way to figure it out is to try it and see if for instance youll get lower level dragons or draugr?
