I agree with the choice of the 1155 socket, although I don't think you'll find one with integrated graphics, so you'll need a plug-in GPU. The newest Intel socket is the 2011, but the CPU's available for those right now are quite a bit above your budget.

AMD is an option that hasn't been mentioned, but I'm afraid I'm out of touch with those systems. Anyone?

All of the Intel socket 1155 CPUs have the video solution built directly onto the CPU. (thats why when looking at details on all of the Intel 1155 motherboards they say they have no onboard video)

But really any Sandybridge CPU has the graphics on the actual CPU.

It is listed as having no onboard video, but it does have a VGA/DVI/HDMI port for use of the CPU onboard graphics chip.

Well Sandybridge (1155) is really a huge improvement over past IG's, but Ivy Bridge sounds like its going to be a large improvement over that.
