I had Cicero as a follower and then told him to wait. This seems kinda bugged on Cicero as there's no dialogue option to make him follow me again, the only way to get him to follow me was to hold E and enter the command follower-mode, when in this mode he followed me.

When he was bugged like this, I gave him some loot to carry, including a steel armor. He didn't put it on at first, but after walking through a door he did. Then I took everything off of him and sold it.

But that steel armor now continues to respawn on him. I take it off of him, we walk through a door, and it's there again.

Does anyone know a way to fix this and remove that respawning armor from his inventory?

Ultimate Follower Overhaul
Fixed Followers Lite
General Fixes to Followers
Follower Trap Safety
Followers Can Relax
Move It

I guess it's possible that one of these, especially UFO, may have had a hand in this. So I'll try to uninstall them and see if the problem persists.
