I wish they had made an NPC in the game that would allow you to reset a perk for like 10k gold

Just 1 perk though, make it fair and still about choice

So to erase a tiny bit of knowledge costs twice the money you need to buy a Whiterun house?

There is an inelegant fix on skyrimnexus.net that allows you to respecc your Perks. Better than having to make a new toon. Google ftw.
