In response to complaints?

Hi, I'm new to the forums. I've been following the stories and what not about legality's and what people can do about Skyrim not working for the PS3 console as far as performance issues stand. I for one can say I'm not entirely happy about it either I purchased my copy for the PS3 as a collectors edition as well as a copy for the Xbox 360 so my girlfriend could play along side me (genius I know lol)
I can see the difference and compare the performance on both systems and yes I agree totally that the performance is not up to par as it could be and has design flaws that were obviously over looked by who ever tested the game for the ps3 system. Anyways I totally agree with the majority that are unhappy. My question is, have any of you looked at your warranty in the back of the booklet at the Exclusive Remedy and limitations of Liability? You should be able to return your copy back to where you purchased it with a reason of why if the game does not function properly. Anyways those of you that are unhappy with the game as a whole can try that. As for myself I'm going to keep my copy and hope for the best. Just thought I'd ask considering I'm seeing a lot of legality and law talk lol if you are truly unhappy bethesda does offer the choice to send it back (whether or not that will solve the problem or that you will be refunded remains to be seen). Also curious if there is anyone on the forums that has tried this with in the 30 day period?

In England, the Sale of Goods and Services Act 1979 allow you to return any product 'unfit for purpose' within two weeks of purchase, or two weeks of receiving the goods & recipt if bought online.

Of course, shops will probably debate what 'unfit for purpose' actually means unless you threaten legal action, which is taking things a bit far. I'm sure things will get fixed in the end, it's just REALLY gutting in the meantime, and Bethesda's silence on the issues is kind of insulting.

Sorry I'm not much of a forum poster. But will take that into consideration.

Don't worry too much about it Shadowrainx. Most of the time, I just skip over something that's an enormous paragraph. :P

But it's really cool of you to come in and show some concern and offer us an alternate solution. Just wanted to extend
that appreciation. :)
