It's supposed to make Magicka regenerate 25% faster. But I don't see it in the "Active Effects" list, and I would expect it to be there.

Anyone? ... Or does anyone know whether similar passive perks show up in the Active Effects list?

Ok so I realized I could just test this by loading an old save and timing it. And I confirmed that it is working. If anyone from Bethesda reads this, I think you should list such perks in the active spells section. Or better yet, give a comprehensive overview of the current state of your character, as well as your helper. It seems like overall we're just lacking info.
