This is a dumb question but I'm not sure with how they worded this. I haven't come across Cure Disease Spells or Potions yet so... Does the Regeneration Perk make all healing spell 50% stronger or does this only affect Cure Disease Spells?

Yes. That is a dumb question.

To me you Cure a disease and you Heal a wound? Curing a Wound doesn't sound right... hence my confusion.

It makes all healing spells 50% stronger, has nothing to do with curing diseases afaik.
