Ok so before I ever started the "Restoring Hope" quest I went to Helios One building and fixed the power grid and enabled the security which killed..I guess everyone I didn't pay attention when I was walking out if I saw anyone....

So I started the Restoring Hope quest and I have a waypoint set on the Helios One building so I can talk to the guards outside. So I walked there and there was no one there so I fast traveled away and fast traveled back..well kinda..When I am fast traveling back to Helios One the game freezes every time..

I think the glitch is that maybe I can no longer do the Restoring Hope quest because I killed everyone but it still started the quest.

anyone else in my boat?..probably not I feel like this might be a rare thing

Ok I fixed the freezing i installed the game and I cleared the Cache

well, you probably wouldn't be able to complete the restoring hope quest even if you could do it because of quest breaking glitch that doesn't let you enter a building with your main objective in it. I freezes every time. Thought I'd let you know you are not missing anything
