Restoring Hope Quest Bugged HELP

Post » Sat May 14, 2011 4:59 am

I am on the quest Restoring Hope. I am told to go to HELIOS one to ask about Forlorn Hope Supplies. I am supposed to talk with Lt. Haggarty. Only problem is, I put a cap in this broad's head wayyyy back. What do?

That doesn't sound like a bug to me. What do is accept that you're unable to complete the quest.

I am allowed to take a quest I cannot complete. sounds like a bug to me. If you don't have anything helpful to say, please troll elsewhere. Thank you

Fission mailed!

To complete the quest, kill the giver!

No one told you to kill that person, now you have to live with the outcome of your actions.

Maybe the quest giver didn't know she was dead. Maybe you can go back to the quest giver and tell here she's dead to get around it.

P.S. Your actions have consequences. Learn to live with it.

i forgot exactly what happened, but I believe I was provoked. She started attacking, I was able to kill her, and the weird part was, none of her fellow NCR generics helped her.. like. I am still able to go around Helios ONE with no aggro... or any aggro from NCR in general.

Anyways, what was Lt. Haggarty doing out of the kitchen??? I say the blame rest on her

I think you can still find the supply near the wind farm without talking to Haggarty, but it wouldn't be tracked by GPS(WTF?)

Thanks for not being a useless pile of dog crap first off good sir. And yes, I read on wikivault that you can find the supply crate ( someone gave a screen shot of map marker where it is found, I tried to coordinate that with my game best as possible, pretty much in general area, cannot find. But yeah, it is not tracked, no map marker for that.

I just found the crate about 30 seconds NE ( almost directly North) of the Wind farm.... A bunch of dead NCR troopers around it.

So, it looks like I CAN complete this quests. Many thanks to those who just instantly said "nope, you cannot do it, accept the consequences of your actions yada yada"

:) :) :)
