Sorry found the answer myself. Soul Gems are self resurrection, and the support section said that or going back to a resurrection site are the only two ways to come back to life in ESO.

Anyone know how you get Soul Gems? Couldnt find that.

I could be wrong, but from what I was told Templars have a power that help make resurrection better, but we may all the the ability at some point.

Yep Soul Gems to ressurect. Templars may have the power to Full Restore a char.


Speculation:

Necromancy is rampant in Tamriel as Mannimarco was also at the height of his power. What better place to find BSGs than in ruins, caves and keeps full of them Necros.

Ahhh. So Soul Gems are loot or items you find?
