Retconning?

I've being hearing a lot of rumors, or even confirmed information about Elder Scrolls Online that shows established lore is being retconned. Not even minor things, but major bits of lore that may bother anyone who even knows the most basic things about the Elder Scrolls world. I have compiled a list here of what I have heard so far, and anyone can feel free to disprove or reinforce their existence in the game. Let us begin:

1. Apparently moon sugar is commonplace now, or perhaps literally the sugar of Tamriel. What happened to it being a rare, illegal drug?
2. There will be a fourth member of the Tribunal. It has been mentioned many times in-game that only 3 mortals became the gods of the Tribunal. This is probably the most powerful retcon here, if true.
3. Cyrodiil is no longer a jungle. In TESIV: Oblivion, Cyrodiil is not a jungle due to Talos having changed the landscape long ago (so it is said), but due to the time which Elder Scrolls Online takes place this would probably be before that.
4. Mannimarco is working for Molag Bal. Mannimarco is not a Daedric worshiper, he is a necromancer.
5. The Elder Scrolls are able to be captured for "passive buffs". This really belittles the Elder Scrolls. They are extremely rare, and hold vital information about the future and past (DO NOT grant powers!), but in most cases blinds mortals who merely attempt to read them. Are we all Ancestor Moths now?
6. Dagoth Ur is a mid-level dungeon boss. Again, more belittling. Dagoth Ur is immortal and it would make no sense for a group of people who are not the Nerevarine to attempt taking him on, as that would contradict the prophecy of the Nerevarine. Dagoth Ur deserves much more than being a mid-level boss if they're really going to have him be an enemy.
7. Argonians, Dunmer, and Nords are allied. At this period in time, Nords and Dunmer are more racist than they are in TES 3 and 5, and they would most likely fight for themselves rather than alongside alien races. Again, just another contradiction. Why not just, instead of having them be allied, make them the 3 independent races of ESO? If I recall correctly, Argonians didn't leave or care for the outside of their homeland at this time period (this is why they are a misunderstood race in the lore), which makes the alliance even more pointless.
8. The Tribunal needs an army to stop a cult in Cyrodiil from worshiping Molag Bal. The Tribunal are gods, and according to my info from earlier, they have an extra member now. Why doesn't one or two of them go down there and stop it themselves? This is just more belittlement of characters that are suppose to be very powerful.
9. Orcs are a playable race. First of all, I don't understand why this game is accurate with the lore only sometimes, such as Imperials not being a playable race in this time period. But other times it is not accurate. You know what else didn't exist in this time period? Civilized Orcs. They were seen as enemies, as they were mostly savage bandits and raiders. Nobody would ally with them period, and there wasn't an Orc faction to be allied with in the first place, Orsinium is destroyed during this time.

There are probably more retcons I'm missing, and I would appreciate anyone telling me those I missed. Anyways, even if half of these are false, that's still a bad way to treat a game which most people appreciate for its lore. I'm sure a lot of people would be deterred from buying the game because of this.

In the games preceding Morrowind, it was said the Imperial Province had no indigenous race. Nords founded the Empire.

1. Definitely not confirmed. They said that most of the uses of moonsugar in Elsweyr are benign. This has always been the case as the drug does not affect Khajiit in the same way. We do need to watch this one though.
2. There will be a pretender to the Tribunal. A person trying to get in. They will not succeed. This is not a retcon. It is a new piece of history.
3. This one is a retcon. It is a retcon that was started by Bethesda though in Oblivion. MK then gave us an excuse. Now they retconed that excuse. But the lore community has come up with a way to avoid this one which I will explain if you don't already know it.
4. There is no reason Manimarco can't work for Bal. Bal is a Daedra who enslaves mortals and traffics in souls. Manimarco would use him if need be to accomplish his goals. Again, this is new lore, not a retcon.
5. Game-play is not lore. I could literally give you dozens of examples of game-play mechanics that violate lore in TES games. This is because of technical limits and to make sure the games are fun to play. Gameplay mechanics are not lore. Also, think of all the ways Elder Scrolls could give buffs. The first would be by improving morale. The army would feel awesome to have these in their possession. The second is through tactical advantage. If generals had access to moth priests who could interpret the scrolls, they would have a tactical advantage.
6. Where did you hear this? I didn't know Dagoth-Ur was even in the game.
7. They have given several good explanations for this. Your claim that they were "more racist" at this time is baseless because you have no source. There are other examples in lore of races overcoming prejudice. The Nords, Orcs, and Khajiit fought together at Red Mountain. The Nords gave the Dunmer Solsthiem after the Red Year.
8. Gods in TES are not all powerful. The Tribunal also needed an army to defend themselves against Reman and Tiber Septim when the Empire was invading Morrowind. This is in no way a retcon.
9. Not true at all in any way shape or form. Imperial do exist. They are not playable because they are an enemy faction. Orcs have always been civilized. It was just racist ignorant people thought they weren't. The Covenant is using them because they are useful in battle. The orcs are in because they want recognition as a nation.

This is so false.....so so false.

The nedes inhabited Cyrodil since the beginning of history. The first Empire was built by Alessia who was not a Nord.

Why Dagoth Ur would not be in the game is a better question. Anyway if you're really going to justify retcons and unrealistic situations by saying "new lore", then be my guest, but I don't agree with you. Ignorance is bliss, I suppose.
