Does any one know any good mods for this? I've been searching around but can't find anything.. ;/ I downloaded HD texture pack for Skyrim but tbh it doesn't improve this.

Skyrim Flora Overhaul plus Skyrim Realistic Overhaul is what I use and would recommend.

I really like this HD tree mod, it makes the bark on the trees look a lot better. I would say to overwrite Vurts Skyrim Flora Overhaul textures with these. http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/3812
