Well, after i got the essence gem and back to tamriel my life still be drained, like in Cairn, so if anyone know how to fix it...and my character is a werewolf

Well man, i tried this many time, but don't work...

Your life is being drained or you are just getting the light effect? Either way you are going to have to load an earlier save game before the glitch occurred.

Have you tried re-entering soul carn and leaving that place again to see if it will remove the effect.

yes my life still be drained, and yes i tried re-enter in cairn, and its not only this character, every character that is not a vampire this happend =[
