I have tried everything I can to get into the broadcast station in the tower. I want to play the non-lethal solution. I have no key (required) to get in there on the second floor, and have no idea where to find it. I've disabled many guards. And searched many rooms. No key for the broadcast tower. I ended up on the roof where the safe house is, and got past the tall boy inside and got the rune there. But once up there, there is not even a pointer to the broadcast tower any more. Just to The Lord regents place. I've tried to blink as high as I can, everywhere I can, I've tried everything. Either you must need a key to get in on the second floor, or there is some alternate ways to get in the tower -- which shouldn't disappear once you get on the third floor or the roof, as the pointer points up there, but apparently it does disappear! I've read that the key is inside the tower, but how can you possibly get it if you need the key to get in! (And then you wouldn't need it anyway...) and the broadcast room/tower itself seems impossible to find, other than the locked door with no key.

Please help, this ends the game for me as I can't find any solution. It's really lame that there are not ANY clues how to do this.
