Hello,

I've loaded several saves and I continue to get this bug. I've looked on UESP and The Elder Scrolls Wiki, to no avail. Whenever I complete the "Defending Whiterun" quest, immediately after, when "Reunification of Skyrim" should begin, I instead, get an unmarked quest: [...] with the dialogue to speak to General Tulius. This wouldn't be an issue, however, it prevents me from speaking to Legate Rikke, during the portion where I'm supposed to "Regain the Pale".

Does anyone have a workaround for this? I've reloaded from more than one save, and this issue persists.
