I am trying to get the Achievement for completing the Civil War quests, but the questline has bugged out where it sends me to the Winterhold Imperial Camp. When I talk to Legate Rikke, the conversation choices do not show the selection for continuing the questline. Now I'm stuck at this point of the questline.

Is anyone else experiencing this problem? By any chance anyone knows how to fix it?
