I think Bethesda should remake the first 4 Elder scrolls. Because I tried to play oblivion but i got bored right away not from the story. I got bored of the graphics it had a good story but not good graphics. I know the graphics arent as good because the game was made so early but itd be good to remake them so we can play the first 3 on consoles. ive heard good reveiws of the first 3 but there only on pc i think thats not cool because pc gets all the good things.

I don't see how graphics could prevent you from having fun. I would rather have a new TES: VI rather than remake the samething, but just with new graphics. Though, they could put TES VI in Cyrodiil, have a new plot, new things, and have it all remade to make it the size it's suppose to be (Cyrodiil is bigger than Skyrim, but in Oblivion, Cyrodiil is actually pretty small).

Either way, I don't see a need for them to remake it, just because the graphics weren't so pretty back then.

No point in redoing oblivion, maybe morrowind, sorry if I misspelled it, I haven't played it yet, my computer can't even handle runescape without lag but oblivion wasnt that long ago

I would rather Bethesda focus on making sequels than remaking older games. If graphics are bothering you on Morrowind and Oblivion get a good gaming PC and instal some mods. For example, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oOpiz0zrdEM, believe it or not. Also, there is a http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=g3SzQqf9KBM which is updating the look of Daggerfall a bit. Also, the game is free. You can even find a version where you just install it and that's it. No need to go through DosBox or anything. It does all that for you.

But with Skyrim DLC, Elder Scrolls 6, Fallout 4, and even rumors of Bethesda getting the S.T.A.L.K.E.R. liscense, I highly doubt we will be getting any remakes. Plus remaking 4 games would be an unbelievable amount of work.

If you are going to give someone a youtube link make sure it is the latest overhaul (3.0v)! http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=d69wYi3_LWo&feature=player_embedded

That looks even better, wow. I just quickly searched for a video, should have probably looked into it a tiny bit more.

Are there mods that allow you to use controllers? That's my biggest issue other than not having a good pc, I'm not good with mouse and keyboard :/ I always have to look at the keyboard while even typing

Shiny graphics do not a good game make. I find myself playing Final Fantasy VI constantly, and its graphics leave a lot to be desired, but it makes up for it by having a diverse (and likable) cast of characters, great themes, a beautiful score, and satisfying gameplay.

This is a problem that games have. People "can't get into them" or want them to be remade if they're old and don't have the greatest top of the line special effects or CGI. Films have a little bit of leeway in this, because as long as new formats are being created for film, new audiences can discover great movies and learn to appreciate them, despite the progress technology has made since the movie came out.

Because games are pretty much tied to a certain platform (disregarding roms), it becomes harder and harder for new audiences to discover classic games. They have to depend on rereleases or HD remakes in order to play them a lot of the time, because it's doubtful that they can/will get a functional SNES just to enjoy Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past.

Fortunatley, this problem seems to be getting addressed more and more with the advent of digital downloads for games. The ability to download classic games at a fairly reasonable price and enjoy them on platforms more current than the one they came out on is a great move. Now they just need to keep it going.

Of course, you'll still have large amounts of people who won't play older games because they lack the latest graphics, but at least they'll have a chance of being discovered and passed on to new generations of fans.
