I was sent after a staff, I ran across this guy that was lookingn for a crystal , i toild him i had it now he wants me to use it on this thing that has 3 things that turn, my journal says i have to use magic then do something to get what the guy wants, my problem is i have no idea how to agline this thing up and i dont no what magic to use, or even if i know the magic , can someone pls help me out?

You use a fire spell on it for little bit then an ice spell until it
settles in place. Then you rotate the rings in the ceiling until
they line up with the lights after you fire/freeze the crystal.

Ok thanks for help, I did try the fire and ice/frost spells on it, must not have used them lonng enough

You have to use the novice level spells on it (Flames and Frostbite). The higher level flame and frost spells will not work.
