rid the underground of demons?

Ive killed just about everything in repconn except for upstairs in the lab, how do you rid the underground of demons for jason bright and his followers to take flight?

your quest marker will tell you to go to the previously locked basemant. if you read what Bright said about them, youll know who they are.
