Ridiculous silent treatment

Post » Thu Jul 04, 2013 7:12 pm

Ok there's a few hundred of us who have been trying to get a patch or some form of help about the broken dlc ( knife of dunwall) that was sold to us. There was a thread started back in April and the last any of us herd, the developers would " get back to us".
Now it's July, a lot of people have been asking for an update on the situation, but it seems clear that we were told this just to shut us up.
Now we are all hearing that the new dlc is in the works and it is infuriating to hear they have the time to make new dlc but not to even update the hundreds ( if not thousands) of cross platform customers who paid hard earned money for a working good but ( even by the company admission) were not given it.
It has really gone past the point of no return for me so if you could please give me ( and the others) the promised update or a refund, and not another timewasting excuse. Faulty goods should not be sold!
This silent treatment is childish, dissapointing and dishonest.

This was the widely acknowledged , cross platform "legal district freeze" issue, invade anyone out there didn't know. Like I said there was a thread but it's clear those uncharged have not bothered looking at it in months, or they did and are ignoring people they promised an answer to.

This isn't new in the sense that this has happened before in other games.

Hope for the best, expect the worst.

Yeah I know it's not new but I'm not letting it go. Despite the small print and red tape, I still see it as fraud and almost theft if someone takes your money and gives you a broken good, then won't refund you or replace it with a working model. When you add up the hundreds or thousands of people affected by this they've defrauded thousands of pounds/ dollars. This is a game breaking glitch. The Bethesda/arkane crowd should remember what happened to all that DRM crap at e3 and remember the gamers still have the power , so don't piss us off.
