Bravil was quite the [censored] hole. Sorta hard to top that.
Doesn't neccesarily mean the city was better, but it definitely did the ghetto [censored] hole look better.

I liked Bravil. Thought the shack was cool. I like Riften too.

Riften is definitely worse. It is home of both the entire Thieves Guild and the Black-Biars. Bravil just had a butt-head for a Count with a skooma-svcking son.
