There's this quest in Riften where you have to steal a ring from one of the market stands and reverse pickpocket it to someone while Brynjolf, an npc, causes a distraction. Ever since, however, everyone that watched the distraction hasn't moved at all, they all just stand around Brynjolf doing nothing, day in day out.. Is this a known bug? Most annoying part of it is that these NPCs that stand around doing nothing are supposed to run the market stands, so I'm now unable to sell any items there.
