okj so first of all i couldnt even load the city, so i fast traveled to another town and back, this time i got in, but when i tried to enter a building the screen just goes black, i can hear the loading music in the background but it wont load or anything :/
tried looking at the interwebs for help but couldnt find anything

reboot and works again.
