Apparently I realized that my character is unable to swing with his right hand.

Currently I am dual wielding 2 daggers, however, if i remove all the items in my inventory, remove all favorites, use fists, other weapons, spells or any variation thereof, I still cannot swing with my right hand. I can use my left hand however. The interesting thing is that I can power swing with my right hand but not use regular attacks. I can also power attack with both pressed simultaneously.

I kept playing and got far into the game with this problem persisting and i tried to load an old save and found out that sometime between goldenglow estate and traveling to another town, this glitch happened. I cannot isolate and determine what event caused this.

I only know I cannot use my right hand to attack or cast spells by just clicking the left mouse button. I can only produce charged attacks and spells when i hold the button. Ive switched the key mapping and still it does not help. Does anyone else have this issue and know of any fixes?

Im 7 levels ahead from the last working save, id rather not have to rollback

EDIT:
Just found out i can use a bow to either charge attack with left mouse by holding or if i simply press it once itll shoot an appropriate distance shot, such as 1 foot in front. Also I cannot attack with 2h weapons unless it is a charge attack.

Overall its odd since i can use bows fine, but every other weapon has right hand issues
