I'm talking about Regain the Pale (but it happens with other quests) where Rikke does not have the dialogue option to proceed.

I've tried all the suggestions, but for me (and many others) none of them work.

After all the patches that have failed to address the problem, I'm wondering if anybody from Bethesda has actually acknowledged it.
