I just got the Ring of Renewal (Stamina regenerates 50% faster), learned the enchantment, but can't make a new ring with that ability. Clearly it's a ring capability. My enchantment skill is 100. Had in mind a ring of Regen Stamina and Magicka. I'm on Xbox 360 and have had no enchanting problems before.
