Ring of Hircine not working? : V

Hi, I've equipped the ring of Hercine and nothing happenening am i doing something wrong? Because the spell in powers section of magic is on

? If not, then you need to either do the Companions quest or contract it again. The ring will

give you an extra time per day for the transformation, so you can change twice per day, but it doesn't actually make you one.
