OK, so here's my problem I'm trying to do the rings of blood magic quest. I go to dude and he gives me the quest but one of the locations he sends me to, Nillheim or whatever, just has a blank hovering arrow so I can't get one of the rings. So I reload a save before I got the quest hoping to get new locations that will work, but the quest sends me to the SAME TWO LOCATIONS EVERYTIME! I've reloaded and gotten the quest a dozen time but he always sends me to the same two locations! HELP PLEASE!!

Load a save before you entered the loading screen where you're lead to that place.

This is one of those times you save. A lot.
