Robbing the Silver Rush store : Fallout: New Vegas

anyone else rob them blind? i took every single thing from that store, hahaha. must be worth 10 000 caps in energy weapons. got a big gun collection now

I didn't exactly rob it, but the owners did kinda go berzerk on one of my followers. Suffice it to say they ended up buying me a hunting shotgun, a marksman carbine, a couple of weapon mods and a ton of ammo though. hehe. I may never use those energy weapons myself but they're still quite useful to me.

Does it seem like Energy Weapons are kind of nerfed in New Vegas? Let's take a look at the Laser Rifle. Hardly does more than 10 damage a shot from what I've seen so far. It just seems unfairly balanced towards guns right now.

Yep used a stealth boy and stole all of it right in front of their eyes.... got a few thousand caps out of it,... it was all too heavy so I made my companion carry it on the way back
