Rofl I smell a class action law suit coming.

Its funny because I have received 3 class action law suit notices in the past month alone. My university being sued, another notice because Honda is being sued, and another for Netflix-Walmart.

Anyway, get this, I didn't buy the game because I knew it'd have problems in the beginning, but I rented it from Red Box and my game suffered a game breaking glitch during the tutotrial quest!

Your running through this cave with an imperial escort and at one point, the cave collpases in on itself behind you, preventing you from back tracking. So, I proceed following my escort and I fall through the floor of the game into what seems like an endless abyss only to land back into the cave but on the other side of where it collapsed! Made it impossible for me to continue, let alone follow the escort now.

Beautiful game though (unless they reduced the textures with the patch).

I didn't notice any texture drop. Quite the contrary. If the pre-patch Skyrim had texture loading problems due to memory clogging then the post-patch Skyrim is displaying some very nice texture models. Some nice bump mapping in the armor and weapons etc.
