Roll of Paper...

Post » Sun Sep 09, 2012 2:53 am

I set up a desk in Hjerim, complete with a roll of paper, a quill and an inkwell. However, the roll of paper keeps on... rolling. It never stays put. Why won't it stay still? Nearly every other item in my house does. I doubt there are any paper alternatives, are there?

Have you considered using a magic scroll?

Try placing a book next to it, and it may help it stop rolling.

Close the windows. Maybe there's a draught.

I think the roll of paper just has an odd shape, so to speak. When I had it too close to the quill and inkwell, it kept rolling around. I placed it near the edge of the table, several inches away from the inkwell, and it seems to be staying put. I think my desk turned out alright. I'm using the table in Hjerim that's near the stove.

 A draught is what you get when there is no rain and only the hot sun.
What you mean is a draft

I stand corrected. Didn't know there were two meanings to the word that were spelled differently. Should have known better.
