Just found some it looks like Harkons but silver!! Cape and all!
It's also light armor!

When you are on your way into the Soul Cairn, at the room with the fireplace with the candle holder that you turn to get into Serana's Mom's alchemy lab, there is an alcove to the right with a desk and some bookshelves.

The Royal Vampire Armor is on the shelves.

The room right before the room with the Soul Cairn, it's in a corner on a dresser it'll have a little glow to it because it makes Magika regen 125% faster:)

I don't know about now, but during the beta that area would reset. So the outfit may respawn there after a while

It's possible. Only time and a couple of visits will tell...

Well, after I got back to the fort after recruiting the 2 people, there was a glitch and the floor was missing inside. I fell through the floor...It teleported me back up though. I left then came back in and the game froze... Hopefully just a random freeze, nothing to do with the expansion.

Proibably just a random glitch, but just in case you should probably report it in the http://www.gamesas.com/forum/181-xbox-360/ sub-Forums.
