RPs on Community Discussion?

Well hello again everyone, I have a question (excuse me if it's ridiculous or has already been answered). Are RPs aloud on the CD, I've been in some in the Fallout and Elder Scrolls forums but I have not seen any here. I'm asking this because I'm thinking of making a new one but it dosnt exactly relate to FO or TES. If this is aloud I might make one (details will be explained when I get an answer). Thank y'all in advance!

There's already a game in progress, but it's basically an RPd murder mystery game. There could be one more this summer maybe.

We only allow RPs that are related to TES or FO.
