I have been taking all of my armor off and running around naked when i enter a town or city and the reactions you get from the NPCs is absolutely hilarious.

They are pretty good My favorite are the reactions you get in a town when you blot out the sun with Auriel's Bow.

I enjoy doing this too. It's silly, I know, but many of the comments crack me up. One of the kids in Riverwood just yells, "Naked. Naked naked naked!" I laugh every time.

I've actually never done this with any character yet. So far it's never seemed appropriate behavior for any of the characters I have created. But I plan to play a Forsworn character after I go through Dragonborn, so maybe that character will be comfotable walking around naked. They practically walk around naked anyway.

Also dropping valuable stuff on the ground at the Riften market can cause hilarity, never knew how desperate Marise was to obtain those Ice wraith teeth from as I dropped them on the ground, turns out Brand Shei was looking for them too.

Or pull their tails!

I had one lady tell me to wear clothes at night in the cold to protect my delicates. I laughed a good long time.
